In a bid to get an all-over tan while on holiday in Tulum, Mexico on Sunday, Kelly went topless as she soaked up the sunshine.

The 33-year-old model had no qualms about who saw as she shed her bikini top, displaying her famous curves in the process.
The Kent-born beauty wore her brunette hair tied up on top of her head with a scrunchie as she went make-up free for the outing.
As she arrived on the beach earlier in the day, Kelly was seen displaying her figure in a tiny triangle bikini, before she decided to remove the top and just wear the bottoms to ensure an even bronze.

Clearly determined to return to the UK with a golden tan, Kelly laid on her back before turning onto her front as she caught some rays.
As the heat got a bit too much to handle, Kelly alternated her sunbathing with dips in the cool sea, still lacking her bikini top as she splashed in the surf.

She is just weeks away from welcoming her first child with Kanye West into the world.
But Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy has been a bumpy ride at times.
Back in March, the reality star suffered a frightening health scare.

And in a newly released preview for an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, it has been revealed that doctors believed Kim might have appendicitis.
The 32-year-old visited the doctor after having severe stomach pains.
She is seen sat on an exam table with a thermometer under her tongue as the medic delivers the worrying news that she could have appendicitis.

Examined: Kim, who is due to give birth in a matter of weeks, has her burgeoning belly looked at by the doctor

A bumpy ride: She is in her final stretch but Kim's pregnancy hasn't always been easy

‘That got me anxious because of your blood count,’ he says. ‘This could be appendicitis.’
He no doubt worried Kim as he went on to explain the dangers that could come should they need to operate on her.
‘We really don’t want to operate on a pregnant woman because it has potential complications for the pregnancy,’ he said.

The doctor is then seen examining Kim’s burgeoning belly and asks her to ‘show me where you think the pain is the worst.’

She recently went under the surgeon's knife for a fourth time, this time to replace her C-cup saline implants with larger D-cups filled with silicone.

And now pictures documenting Farrah Abraham's breast surgery have been released.

The 22-year-old has been pictured during every stage of the surgery including images mid-way through the operation.

In one snap, first seen in the latest issue of In Touch Weekly, Farrah is seen lying on her back in the operating room.
She is unconscious with a tube coming out of her mouth, her breasts marked ahead of the operation.
The Teen Mom star is seen naked from the waist up during the surgery, which took place on May 31, just three days after she turned 22 (the FDA's minimum age for a woman to get silicone implants), according to In Touch.

Farrah's four surgeries and and two breast jobs have cost her nearly $30,000, and she doesn't plan to stop there.

But Farrah says even she has her limits.

Farrah reached out to the actor in May saying she would like to meet him and score a role on his show Anger Management.
